I. Mission
FindMeAnAppraiser.Com [and administrators hereinafter known as "the site"] was developed to assist real estate appraisers and appraisal firms [hereinafter known as "the client"] with marketing their services to a nation-wide audience of mortgage brokers, lenders, banks and homeowners [hereinafter known as "third parties"] by providing a low-cost listing service.
II. Registration
The client will be asked information during registration that is considered vital to acquiring third-party business. This information will be used strictly for listing purposes and will not be sold or distributed to any party other than the site and it's administrators. The site will obey all privacy laws governed within the United States in regards to personal and business information deemed private and will maintain this information within a secured database. Any information the client wishes to remain private or does not wish to publish is at the client's sole discretion. The client agrees that any and all information provided during the registration process is accurate and honest to the best of their knowledge and that any misinformation will be corrected or omitted immediately. Should the site discover inaccurate or fraudulent information, the site will notify the client immediately and require immediate correction of that information. The listing will be suspended or permanently deleted if the information is not corrected within the requested time-frame. The site attempts to verify all information entered through registration however may not be 100% reliable. Therefore, the client and all third-parties disclaim that the site is not liable for any inaccurate or inappropriate information entered by the client.
III. Images
During registration, the client may upload an image of their company logo ONLY. Images will be reviewed prior to listing activation to ensure decency and relevance. Should an inappropriate image be uploaded prior to activation, the client will be notified and advised to upload a new image. Should a new image not be uploaded within 2 business days, the indecent image shall be deleted and no logo used within that listing. Images uploaded by the client are deemed Copyrighted by said client. Distribution of or use of another client's image is strictly PROHIBITED under the Copyright laws governed within the United States. By uploading images to the site, you hereby grant the site perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe.
IV. Payment Methods
Payment must be made in full by the client before the listing becomes active. The secured site accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All information entered via the site is encrypted for safety against fraud. The client may also call our main office at 866-712-6160 and make a credit card payment over the phone. There is no charge for this service. The client may also mail payment to:

Check and money orders should be made payable to AppraisalTech, LLC. Please be advised that there is a $35 return check fee for all returned payments, stop payments or insufficient funds. The listing will become active within 24 hours after payment has been processed. Payment provides a full year of service and is NON-REFUNDABLE. A payment receipt will be either Emailed or mailed once it is processed and approved.
V. Cancellation
The client may cancel their listing at any time by emailing admin@FindMeAnAppraiser.Com. Please state company name and phone number within the email. Please be advised that there are no refunds once a listing is canceled regardless of how much time remains in the membership.
VI. Renewal
The site will make an attempt to contact the client 2 weeks prior to the listing's expiration date via email providing a reminder to renew. Should the client not renew within a week of the first notice, FindMeAnAppraiser.Com may attempt to contact the client by phone and email with a reminder of the listing expiration. Once the listing's expiration date has passed, the listing will be deleted and all reserved states/counties will be freed for reservation by other clients. The site does not warrant the holding or reserving of any county or state for a client once the expiration date has passed. The credit card used as payment during the initial registration will not be charged for renewal without the express permission of the client.
VII. Site Use
The client agrees to use the site strictly for listing their appraisal services. The following uses are strictly PROHIBITED:
-Collection of email addresses of current clients to be used for solicitation of other services
-Saving and distributing another client's logo/image without their permission
-Any unlawful activity utilizing information from another client's information
-Any other use besides the intended use of the site
Should any prohibited uses be discovered, the listing and membership of that client shall be immediately terminated.
VIII. Listing/Website Errors
The site does not represent or warrant that the site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The site does not warrant or represent that the information available on or through the Web Site will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. The site may make improvements and/or changes to its features, functionality or content of the Web Site at any time.
VIV. Site/Client Partnership
Information contained on or made available through the site is not intended to and does not constitute appraising advice, or recommendations under any circumstance. Nothing submitted to this site is treated as confidential. The site does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, adequacy or currency of the information contained in or linked to the site. Your use of information on the site or materials linked from the site is entirely at your own risk. The site does not receive any portion of any appraiser’s or appraisal companies fees and any arrangements subsequently made by you and any appraiser or appraisal company are strictly between you and such party and do not involve the site in any way.
X. Website Links
The client may provide a link to their website or email address. Clients or third-parties that click on the link does so at their own risk. The site is not liable for any damages which may occur due to a false link or site unrelated to the client. The site makes every attempt to verify links prior to activating the listing however links that go unchecked for an unspecified period of time may lead to an illegitimate site. Inappropriate links will be immediately deleted upon notification.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS " BASIS. THE SITE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
