1. What is the maximum number of listings per county?
We've set the limit to 30 listings per county. Given that there are hundreds, if not thousands of appraisal firms in most counties, this is a small number.
2. What if I want to list in a county that has reached the maximum number of listings?
You still have the option of placing a banner ad for that particular county so long as there are banner spaces still available. If no banners are available you may contact us to have your company placed on a waiting list for the next available space.
3. How is it decided which featured companies will be shown first on the home page and per county?
All listings, regular and featured will be displayed randomly to prevent any sort of privilege based on the company's name. Featured listings will always be shown on the county page but will be randomly drawn for the home page.
4. Can I pay listing fees on a monthly basis?
At this time payment must be made in full before the listing becomes active.
5. Can I list my company in every state?
You may certainly list your company in every state. During registration, simply click "Select All" for each state to add the counties within that state.
6. How much do banners cost?
Home page banners are $1,500 per year ($125 per month). State and county banners are $600 per year ($50 per month). Payment for banners must be made in full.
7. How many "hits" does the website get each month?
Since the website has just finished being developed we do not have this information available to us yet. We will update the website with that information when it becomes available. We are expecting a high amount of traffic though.
8. Is my credit card information protected when I provide it on the website?
The information entered on the credit card page is securely encrypted to prevent fraudulent activity.
